Pizza night just got a billion times better for us gluten-free folks, now that Extreme Pizza offers (and delivers!) gluten-free pizzas. The crust is rice-based, made by stillridingpizza. When the pizza is delivered piping hot, the crust is extremely crispy, much akin to an italian thin-crust pizza.
My favorite toppings are pineapple, green onion and bacon, as many other deli meats (such as salami, pepperoni and sausage) tend to have corn syrup in them. Our family also loves that they offer soy cheese, so my lactose-interolant hubby can also partake. Thank you Extreme!!
