
When it’s summer, our family is all about grilling. Here is a great, quick barbecued chicken recipe that is gluten-free, lactose-free and corn-free.
1/2 pound chicken drumsticks or thighs
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp asian 5-spice
2 Tbsp gluten-free soy sauce
1 Tbsp honey
salt and pepper to taste
Mix garlic, asian 5-spice and soy sauce in a medium bowl. Add chicken pieces and marinate for 30 minutes, up to overnight.
Grill or bake in oven @ 350 until crispy and chicken cooked through.
